This Satnav (which was Aœ189 when purchased only 18 months ago) has two problems that need mentioning.

To explain. When new, when the car power adapter was connected to the unit the screen would go everso slightly brighter to signify that it was being charged.

Now this isn't always the case, I kept having to wiggle the connection between the two to get it to start charging. Perhaps the lead needs replacing or possibly the female adapter bit on the unit itself needs looking at.

Now the second minor problem - I took the front off in an attempt to find out why it wasn't charging and in the process a tiny piece of plastic which was apparently the battery power switch fell off and has disappeared. This, as far as i'm concerned doesn't affect the running of the machine in any way as the main power switch on the front of the machine is perfectly fine and in order.

Despite all the above i've just set it up in the car and with a bit of a wiggle to the lead it worked perfectly.

I suspect I've put 80% of people off but I don't intend to mislead anybody - the item is to be sold as seen as I think i've been honest about it's condition. No returns.
